Adapting to the times with Inclusion
In recent events, a bill called the Disability Discrimination Act or more popularly known as the DDA has been passed, essentially creating a world of equal opportunities and the same quality of life for the disabled as it is for those that are not. Though long overdue, this bill has created a gigantic need for companies and businesses everywhere to adapt their processes and programs to include the plight of the disabled. And with the scale that the bill will certainly mean in terms of changes that should be implemented, companies are now scrambling to put these changes in place.
A company called Inclusion has put a foot forward and is helping these companies through this phase of transformation. They have offered the professional services of a Private Occupational Therapist to monitor these businesses and implement changes that they will need through a comprehensive Disability access audit. Through these changes in Occupational Therapy programs, a lot of companies have been able to adapt in large part due to the help that Inclusion has provided them.
